A naturopathic doctor aims to fully understand all factors that may be
influencing a patient’s health. For this reason, the first appointment involves an in-depth assessment, naturopathic physical exam, review of any recent labs and, if necessary, recommendations for further testing. Basic wellness guidelines are reviewed at the end of the first visit along with specific recommendations.
The second visit typically involves reviewing an individualized wellness plan, tailored to you and compiled from the information gathered in the initial visit and any tests performed.
After your second appointment, follow-up visits are scheduled in a time-frame that is dependent on type & severity of health concerns, and patient progress.
To schedule an appointment, please call 919-858-1004. Office visits are by appointment only. Please schedule appointments, including pick-up of recommended products, in advance. We do make a concerted effort to be on time for appointments. Please plan to arrive for appointments on time. Visits that begin late due to a patient’s late arrival will be charged the full visit fee.
Monday: 8:30am - 5pm
Tuesday: 8:30am - 5pm
Wednesday: 10:00am - 3:00pm
Thursday: 10:00am - 5:00pm
Friday: 8:30am - 5pm
Payment is expected at the end of each visit. We gladly accept cash, personal checks, and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard). Please note that refunds are not available for services rendered, including lab tests performed.
Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This will allow for consideration of other patients who would also like to schedule an appointment. Late cancellations will be billed as follows: $100 for a new patient visit and $50 for a follow-up visit. Missed appointments will be billed in full. We are willing to make exceptions for emergency or unforeseeable circumstances.
